Cooking Class Experience

Imagine making fresh pasta with your own hands, following ancient Italian recipes, while enjoying a breathtaking view over the rooftops of Rome. This is not a simple cooking class: it is a journey into the flavours of tradition, between taste, conviviality and beauty.

Together with Maison D'Art Collection and the Chef Gourmet cooking and pastry school, you will experience an exclusive cooking class on the panoramic terrace of Hotel 77****, right in the city centre. Accompanied by a professional chef, you will discover the secrets of Roman and Italian cuisine and shape your dishes, from the dough to the final presentation.

The experience culminates in a relaxed lunch on the terrace: the dishes you have prepared, a glass of bubbly and the Eternal City as a backdrop.

Market experience + cooking class
Start the day with a visit to the market in Via Cesare Balbo, where, together with the chef, you will select the freshest ingredients. Then it's back to the kitchen to prepare, cook and share.
